We want you to love your BÉIS gear as much as we do, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
